General information
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (GDPR, BDSG, TDDDG) and this privacy policy. This website can generally be used without providing any personal data.
Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is: Tim Gierth, STECHAMT, Leipziger Str. 171, 01139 Dresden, Germany. Email: kontakt@stechamt.de
Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. All data is processed exclusively on servers located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, namely our legitimate interest in providing this website in a technically reliable and secure manner. The log files are automatically deleted after a short period.
Web analytics with Plausible
We use the privacy-friendly web analytics service Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not create personal user profiles. IP addresses are not stored permanently and are not used to identify individual visitors; only aggregated usage data is collected (e.g. pages visited, referrer, browser and device type).
This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, namely our legitimate interest in statistically analyzing and improving our website. The data is processed on servers within the European Union.
Cookies
This website only sets a single technically necessary cookie to store your language preference (legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). No tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies are used.
Booking requests
When you send a booking request via the booking form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number if given, details about your tattoo idea, and any reference images you choose to upload) exclusively to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The request is delivered to us by email. To protect against automated abuse (spam) we check the submission technically, without using cookies or tracking.
This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The data is deleted once it is no longer required to handle your request and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, simply contact us at the email address stated above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Saxon Commissioner for Data Protection and Transparency (Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte).
Encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as booking requests, this website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS).
Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy, for example when the services we use change (e.g. a switch of the web analytics service). The current version published on this page applies.
